The band have had a fantastic evening competing in Tameside Whit Friday March contests.
The rain managed to hold off for much of the evening as the band, along with some members of the youth band, marched to 1914 followed by the main band playing ORB at 8 contests overall.
Results
The band are really pleased with their overall 12th place in the Tameside Whit Friday Championships – out of 40+ bands! We are also over the moon with our individual prizes:
- Heyrod – Best 2nd Section
- Stalybridge Celtic – Best 2nd Section
- Dukinfield – 2nd Local
