Monday 18th July saw Middleton Band, Middleton Youth Band and Middleton Training Band perform together in a joint concert at St Anne’s Academy, Middleton.
On Saturday the 18th June, a team of walkers from the band once again donned fancy dress and undertook the Saddleworth beer walk 10 mile route through the villages and over the hills and dales of Saddleworth, in order to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer support.
The band have had a fantastic evening competing in Tameside Whit Friday March contests.
Middleton Band are seeking talented percussionists to join their ranks! Due to the retirement of our former percussionist, we find ourselves with a full section of kit and tuned percussion and no one to play any of it! Could you be one of our new tuned and/or kit percussionists?
